The role

This role plays an essential part in supporting The Regenda Group's Marketing and Communications team to deliver activity across our 10 brands. You will be responsible for generating a range of content, from blogs and news articles to video case studies and you'll manage our social media channels to ensure that we make an impact.

You'll provide support with internal communications, ensuring staff are kept up to date on activity from across the Group and will support on marketing and communications campaigns in collaboration with the wider team. You'll work closely with our in-house design team and our external suppliers to brief in work requests.

With excellent organisation skills, you'll plan and coordinate meetings and events. You will support with performance tracking, work with external suppliers to order merchandise and printed materials and carry out administration activities to aid the smooth running of the team. You'll also monitor our social media channels and keep an eye on our team email.

 

The right fit

  • You will have experience in using marketing and design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, website content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling platforms.
  • You’ll have the ability to create content and use it to get the best results through different marketing methods (written, visual and digital) with experience in using a variety of communication channels.
  • You will need excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate with different audiences as well as an eye for detail and IT skills.
  • You must have a passion for Marketing and Communications with the drive to grow, learn and develop.
  • You need to be confident communicating with lots of different people including graphic designers, suppliers, internal teams and external stakeholders and partners.
